Elan Cafe a high-end French Bakery serving freshly baked pastries and Specialty; Single Region, Fair-Trade Organic Coffee to the niche market in Downtown Newark; the home of Prudential head offices and the Rutgers University campus and dorms. We are also partnering with Bubbleology to offer the science of bubble tea for all customer base.

Our franchise’s first location will be both retail and catering to the general public, office associates and students with a focus on offering unique, great tasting pastries and coffee beverages along with various bubble tea in a friendly environment.
